Vacant

Did you know if your home is Vacant it can affect your coverage. Most policies have a vacancy clause that reduces coverage to fire only if the dwelling is vacant for 30 consecutive days.

There is a difference between unoccupied and vacant. Vacant means there are no furnishing and personal belongs. Usually there are no utilities on either.
